How assertive am I?

Usually I am an assertive person, I speak with meaning, I establish eye contact but from time to time, depending on the situation and the people, I find myself being a bit aggressive and I really try not to be that person. Other times I find that not saying anything and doing as i'm told is easier. So along the continuum
